47830 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the binding terms and conditions governing use of the 47830 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
These terms take effect on the date your account is registered and apply to all users of the 47830 platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any service provided by 47830, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 47830 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 47830 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The 47830 platform is a service intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above who are residing in Malaysia. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet both the age and location requirements.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 47830 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. 47830 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please contact the 47830 support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in maintaining their account security.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 47830 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. The platform may only be used for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, or to use automation software, bots or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or while using the platform.
- Transferring or selling your account to any third party without prior written consent from 47830.
- Carrying out any activity that compromises the security, stability or integrity of the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- Uploading or distributing content that is offensive, fraudulent or infringes upon the rights of any third party.
A breach of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, and 47830 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 47830 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. Supported deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX and online bank transfers via major Malaysian banks.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. Withdrawal of winnings will be processed to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name. 47830 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any withdrawal request where additional verification is required.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as stated separately. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash unless all specified conditions have been met. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.
Liability Limits & Account Policies
47830 provides this platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions, errors or delays at all times. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions beyond our control, including internet connectivity failures, third-party technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Account Suspension & Closure
47830 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, breach of terms, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to a breach, the account balance may not be refunded, subject to the circumstances and our assessment.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any remaining balance, after deducting bonuses that do not meet the applicable conditions, will be refunded via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, images and other materials found on the 47830 platform are the property of or exclusively licensed to the platform and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any such materials without prior written consent.
Term Amendments, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Amendments to These Terms
47830 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are advised to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to amicable resolution through mutual discussion. Should the dispute remain unresolved, it will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
